Formed mid 2023. We are a small digital marketing agency based in Newbury, West Berkshire.
Our Ideology
Marketing shouldn't cost an arm and a leg!
Small businesses rarely have a lot of spare money in their early years, a lot of the time owners don't see a salary for a long time. This means often the products and services that are thoughtfully created aren't marketed to their full potential and leads to slow growth.
Our cost models was developed to never be more than the cost of a Social Media Manager* a business would normally have to pay to get their marketing out.
We believe every business should thrive and to provide cheap effective marketing is our goal, we want every penny to be put to it's best use and get positive results for our clients.

Why an Agency?
When the first thoughts of Digital Marketing came around a big question for us was "As a Marketing contractor how can you get stable work all year round" ? We came to the conclusion it's beneficial not only for clients but for Marketing managers to use an agency.
Not every Digital Marketing or Social Media Manager will want a permanent role, many make a lot of money contracting or prefer the shorter lengths or contracts to have more time doing other things.
Saying this the current market for these roles at the moment are scarce, if you can find a role they're likely in larger cities or are very low paying. We believe this just isn't fair and want every Marketer to have the opportunity to work for a fair wage, stable salary and job security.
What about progression ?
Our second question "How do you progress"? Something we are very proud of is our focus on progression and training for Marketing managers those new and more experienced.
Since the early conceptions of Throughput the secondary thought from how we treat and provide service to clients is how we will treat staff. The last thing we want if for people to have to worry about their next steps, how they'll get training or a toxic work environment. So, we made sure to have roles and progression plans in place (traditional or dynamic) before our first staff members were even hired.

Another core belief of ours is that in this day and age experience is everything, just walking out of University with a degree now isn't worth the paper it's printed on without the years of experience you need behind it.
To combat this we are launching a work experience program to allow those who want experience in Marketing to learn the day-to-day knowledge and the opportunity to return later and work part-time if they wish. From personal experience we know how much of a difference those extra 2 weeks or part-time before finishing College/Uni can make when competing with others for that perfect job.
We're no big, well-known corporation but we promise to provide as much knowledge, training and material as we can to progress anyone's passion for marketing.
